Cancellation process for the monthly subscription to Nature+

We hope that you are pleased with your subscription, but if you decide it's not right for you, you can cancel your next monthly renewal at any time.

Cancelling will prevent all further subscription charges, it will not entitle you to a refund for previous charges. You will continue to have access to the content until your current billing period ends.


You can manage your subscription in the 'My Account' section of Nature+, or by contacting our Customer Service team.

Below are the steps necessary for you to cancel the subscription.

Once logged into your account, click on the Nature+ account overview link. 




NOTE: Sometimes this takes two attempts since there is a bug which we are working to resolve.


From your Nature+ account, select Manage Subscriptions    





Then click the arrow pointing right image 




Click the next arrow pointing right image  against the subscription





 Then click imagewhich appears at the bottom of the screen. After selecting a cancellation reason, your Nature+ subscription will show as cancelled.

You will continue to have access to Nature+ until the end of your current billing period.

Of course, if you wish to reinstate your Nature+ subscription at a later date, you can easily do this by resubscribing at Nature+ or contacting Customer Service.
