Possible reasons you can’t log in:
1. You might be using the wrong credentials
Nature Masterclasses On‑Demand now uses your Springer Nature (SN) Account to sign in.
- Make sure you are using your SN Account email and password.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here, or here for users in China.
2. Your registration may not be confirmed
When creating your SN Account, you’ll have received an email from ‘Springer Nature’ asking you to confirm your registration.
- Search your inbox (including spam/junk) for the confirmation message.
- Click the link in the email to activate your account. Once activated, you will be able to log in.
