Profiles are automatically created for researchers who have a Springer Nature publication and a Springer Nature account with a linked ORCID iD. When a researcher links their ORCID iD to their Springer Nature account, they authorise Springer Nature to access information in their ORCID profile set to Trusted parties. Springer Nature will only use information set to Public in your ORCID profile on the Springer Nature Researcher Profiles.
