As a peer reviewer, you can access and manage your open and past peer reviews in SNAPP via the Reviewer Dashboard (login required). This also applies if the link in your peer review invitation email did not work.
You can access the Reviewer Dashboard in either of the following ways:
- Directly within SNAPP after logging in
- Via your Springer Nature Profile homepage by logging in and navigating to “Your Research”. At the bottom of the page, under “Roles and Contributions,” select “Reviewer Dashboard.”
Within the Reviewer Dashboard, you will find:
- Invitations – View pending review invitations and declined invitations
- Reviews – View active, completed, and expired reviews
Reviewer Certificates
If you would like to obtain a confirmation (certificate) for your Springer Nature journal peer review via SNAPP, refer to Peer‑reviewer certificates on SNAPP.
Note: To download your certificate from the dashboard, the email address used to submit your peer review must match the email address registered with your Springer Nature Profile.
Updating Your Information
Reviewers can update their personal information by logging in to your Springer Nature Profile:
- Update your email address for an existing account, or
- Register a new account if you do not already have one
Note: The email address registered in your Springer Nature Profile must match the email address used in your review invitation.
Editorial Manager Reviews
For peer reviews managed through Editorial Manager, please log in directly via “Reviewer Login.”
Support and Requests
If you need assistance with:
- Updating contact details
- Temporarily being marked as unavailable [i.e. holiday/vacation/sabbatical]
- Resigning from reviewer responsibilities
We recommend submitting your information on this Request Form. Our team can handle these requests and route them to the appropriate person or team within Springer Nature.
