I am experiencing problems accessing the Nature Journals App.

We are aware some subscribers to the Nature Journals App for iPhones and iPads were encountering an error message “Server responded with internal error (500)” which was preventing them from updating their subscription and accessing the content.

We are pleased to report that as of Thursday 2nd June 2016 the problem has been resolved and subscribers should once again be able to access all their available content. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused whilst we worked on the fix.
