I made a purchase online but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you made a purchase of either an article or subscription online but did not receive a confirmation email, you can submit a query to our Online Service team via our webform here. If you would rather email or phone them, their contact information is available here.


Providing the details listed below will help us investigate the problem and ensure your query is resolved quickly:


• Email address - this should be the one that was used for the transaction.

• Order number - this will have been displayed during the web order process.

• Your full name.

• Name of the card holder - if different.

• Date of the order

• Title of Journal/Article that you were ordering
