Can you give me more information about Author's Copyrights

In general, authors will be asked to transfer the copyright of their article to the publisher (or grant the publisher exclusive publication and dissemination rights). This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. We believe that authors retain copyright of their research manuscripts and receive clear credit for, and ownership of their work. If you are looking for permission to re-use content or reproduce an article, please contact our 3rd Party Copyright Clearance Center at email address: customercare@copyright.com

If you would like to see details on how to submit your requests to the Copyright Clearance Center, please click on this link.

Open access articles (Open Choice articles or fully open access journals) do not require you to transfer the copyright; the copyright remains with the authors. By opting for Open Choice, you agree to publish your article under the Creative Commons Attribution License (as of January 16, 2012). Articles published before that date are subject to the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial License.
