Received error message during online personal subscription purchase

If you receive an error message when trying to purchase a subscription online you will need to contact Nature Portfolio Customer Services.

Please give the details of your purchase - your name, email address, journal title, type of subscription - and also details of the error message that you received.

The problem may be technical or it may be that our system is not recognising your details. In occurrences like these it is best not to attempt to make a purchase again.
